CONSTITUTION
PREAMBLE
This Church is a Fundamental Baptist
Church, independent, soul-winning, and pre-millennial. The Word of God (KJV) is our sole rule of
faith and practice. Since the Lord
admonished believers to do all things decently and in order (I Cor. 14:40) and,
since it is necessary that every organized body should have certain rules and
regulations according to which its affairs are conducted, we, the members of
Ellicott Baptist Church, in orderly manner, do hereby establish the following
principles by which we mutually agree to be governed in the affairs of our
church. This constitution and by-laws
shall supersede any and all previously published documents.
